ASI is a Project Developer, experienced in the identification and development of private industrial and energy projects under BOT/BOOT Concessions. ASI selects projects complying with the following features: (i) innovation ; (ii) energy conservation (iii) positive social and environmental impact; and (iv) sustainable financial returns. ASI expertise in this area includes a broad number of private initiatives concerning particularly energy (thermal, hydro, wind, solar), environmental and industrial projects.
ASI acts as a catalyst of private investment in emerging economies, creating a 'system approach' around a selected project, by identifying and organizing a suitable pool of local and international investors, leading the tender process, defining its technical, legal, financial and environmental dimensions, identifying and securing sources of financing and negotiating the related Concession Agreements with public authorities. For these activities ASI is remunerated by its Partners, and is itself investor in those projects.

on policy/strategy/operational aspects pertaining to industrial development and private investment in emerging economies. ASI has excellent expertise in assisting investors formulating bankable project feasibility studies and in identifying sources of equity and debt financing for private initiatives in several fields, including mining, manufacturing, agri-business, tourism, environment and infrastructures.

(iii) Innovative Programs for Small medium enterprises Business Development:
